Safety & Care

WICK TRIMMING

• Before lighting always trim the wick to 6mm and remove any wick debris as this encourages an even burn.

BURN TIME

• Never burn a candle for longer than three hours. If a candle is burnt for excessive periods the candle can burn out the sides because of the excessive heat
• Use a candle snuffer to prevent wicks from drifting off centre. This will help to maximise the candle’s burn time.
  
  

Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Vessel may become hot to touch. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Do not move a lit candle. Ensure candle is on a heat resistant surface. Trim wick to 5-6mm before relighting. Do not allow candle to burn to the base of the vessel. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire hazard or injury.
